How we will communicate with you. If we have to contact you we will do so by email or by SMS, using the contact details you have provided to us.
YOU MUST BE 18 TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND USE THE SERVICE
You must be 18 or over to accept these terms and use the Service.
We hope that you will continue to use our Service, but if you do not agree to our updated terms and no longer want to maintain a Passbase Identity, you can delete your Passbase Identity at any time.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
Use of the Service is entirely at your risk and you assume full responsibility for all use and reliance upon such use. We shall not be liable to you nor to any other party, for any loss or damage, howsoever caused and whether or not for breach of contract, negligence or otherwise and whether or not we are advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, arising in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.
The Service is for your domestic and private use only. If you use the Service for any commercial or business purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
The above does not exclude or limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our negligence. It also does not exclude or limit our liability for any other things where the law does not permit us to do so.
WE MAY TERMINATE THE SERVICE AND DELETE YOUR PASSBASE IDENTITY AT ANY TIME
We reserve the right to delete your Passbase Identity and terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason.
WE MAY TRANSFER THIS AGREEMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights in Passbase.com, the Service and the Passbase Identity throughout the world belong to us and the rights in the Service and the Passport Identity are licensed (not sold) to you. You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, Passbase.com, the Service or the Passbase Identity other than the right to use them in accordance with these terms.
NO RIGHTS FOR THIRD PARTIES
IF A COURT FINDS PART OF THIS CONTRACT ILLEGAL, THE REST WILL CONTINUE IN FORCE
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any terms of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
EVEN IF WE DELAY IN ENFORCING THIS CONTRACT, WE CAN STILL ENFORCE IT LATER
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything that you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at later date.
